Sources confirm that Steve Austin (best known as his WWF character, “Stone Cold”) guest stars in episode 3.05, “Chuck vs. First Class”, as Hugo Panzer, a master of close-quarters combat.
This episode also features guest star Kristin Kreuk as Hannah, a young woman Chuck meets on a plane to Paris who ends up working at the Buy More.

Angie Harmon (best known for her stint as an ADA on Law and Order) will appear in the season’s fourth episode, “Chuck vs. Operation Awesome” as “Sydney”, a spy for The Ring who will be out to get Ryan McPartlin’s Captain Awesome. Wait, Captain Awesome? Yep, sounds like the fan speculation was correct and this episode does indeed revolve around the newlywed Mr. Woodcomb. Just what happens to get super-spy Sydney on his trail? We’ll have to wait and see!

Chuck will face a new nemesis Allejandro Goya (a.k.a. Parador), a dictator form South America, also the man Casey failed to assassinate.
Assante is confirmed to play Premier Allejandro Goya, the dictator episode 3.03, “Chuck vs. the Angel of Death”. We are going to see more of Casey's past life before partnering with Bartowski in the coming episodes.

"Casey orders Chuck to tell his sister Sarah surprised him with plane tickets to Europe and that they'll stay there at least six weeks. In reality, they are going to a training facility so that Chuck learns to be a real super spy. Three months later, six Russian spies, including scary Yuri, meet up with a man with a black hood. The hooded man? Cool and confident super spy Charles Carmichael! He's there, alone, because the Russians have something that belongs to his boss. Agent Carmichael uses his special kung fu skills to get hold of the situation. Chuck may have become a great agent but there is still one thing that he can't do: shoot a bad guy.
