Nathan Petrelli is the major "Heroes" character who will be killed off from the show. Kristin of E!Online said that Nathan Petrelli or Adrian Pasdar in real life, has only found it out from reading the script!
E!Online' source said, "I know Adrian is getting killed off and was pissed about it because they didn't tell him...Greg Grunberg could be talking about another death but I think he's probably covering and throwing fans off." There is still no word on how Nathan's exit from the show will be.
I wonder how many more major characters will NBC be kicking off for Heroes to keep on the surface. Nevertheless, the show will be adding new characters with the latest one being Eli. Eli is a starring vehicle for "The Riches" actor Todd Stashwick.

After four years on television, the producers of “Heroes” will be eliminating a major character. According to E! Online, sources over on NBC's Heroes confirmed that a major death is in the works.
“… this leading character is a male… And he is one of the original cast.”
