Facebook is currently flooding a lot of interactive applications. There are Farmtown, Farmville and Barn Buddy to name a few. These are lively, engaging and fun interactive applications online. I for one am nearly addicted to it. These may be amusing for some people who are looking for a pastime, but are frustrating to those people who are already obsessed with it. I see people farming for more than hours in internet shops, people risking professions just to plow/harvest crops, people losing connections with someone close to them while hurrying to save their crops from withering and people growing eye luggage to level-up. I once rode a shuttle van where everyone was just talking about the same concern; they were all pissed when Facebook was blocked at their work. These diversions are indeed phenomenal. Yes, they are fun. They are hip and they are hop, but are they worthwhile?
