Episode Description
On the eve of Thanksgiving, House and the team take on the case of James Sidas (guest star Esteban Powell), an exceptionally brilliant physicist and author who traded his successful career for a job as a courier. For the ailing patient, intelligence is a miserable burden that has prompted depression and addiction, and this, coupled with a myriad of strange symptoms, nearly stumps the team. Meanwhile the doctors at Princeton Plainboro wrestle with strained personal relationships.

After House’s medical license is reinstated, he reclaims his role as Head of Diagnostics in time to treat Hank Hardwick (guest star Troy Garity), an adult film star admitted to Princeton Plainsboro for pulsating eye pain. Meanwhile, Cuddy is reminded that Princeton Plainsboro is not conducive to healthy personal relationships.

After a wild night out, a teenage girl (guest star Anna Attanasio) is brought to Princeton Plainsboro with severely swollen appendages. The team must work to diagnose the young girl, who is less than honest about what happened the night she fell ill. As her condition worsens, she becomes unable to distinguish fact from fiction. Meanwhile, Cuddy, Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) and House spend a weekend away from the hospital to attend a medical conference, but things don’t go as planned when House’s private investigator, Lucas (guest star Michael Weston), returns.

The team takes on the case of a reckless police detective who has a family history of sudden heart failure that killed his father, grandfather and great-grandfather all at age 40. Though House is not keen on diagnosing the patient without any detectable symptoms, the team, urged by Cameron, attempts to identify his condition so the detective can live without fear of dying young. Meanwhile, Chase is haunted by his actions in the Dibala case, and House confronts some ghosts of his own in the “Brave Heart” episode of HOUSE airing Monday, Oct. 19 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Episode Description:
A wealthy businessman brings his teenage son, who is suffering from inexplicable stomach pains, to Princeton Plainsboro and insists on having Dr. House handle the case. The father of the patient believes the karmic penalty of his financial success is that he is victim to personal tragedy, and that the answer to his son’s medical mystery lies in a reverse of fate rather than medical treatment. Meanwhile, Foreman and Chase prepare to present information on the Dibala case.

Jennifer Morrison or Dr. Cameron as we all know her in the hospital has already shot her last scene, and her final episode will air in November. But unlike Kal Penn’s dearly-departed Kutner, Cameron will not be killed off or anything of that sort.

“After Chase treads a thin moral line on a case involving an African dictator, he and Cameron both decide they should get out of Princeton while the getting's good. They plan to quit the hospital together and go somewhere else where they can focus on their relationship and on each other.”
And then House gets involved. [I guess so.]
House, with all “His Wickedness” starts talking to Chase about Cameron.
“Shortly thereafter, Chase has an inexplicable change of heart and decides he wants to stay with House after all. Cameron is understandably upset.”
Long story cut: Chase drank the boss' Kool-Aid, Cameron didn't and horrible, horrible House wins… again.

This season has strange and can’t-wait-to-see bloopers. Here’s why:
A member of the team gets fired in the first three episodes! My guess is Taub, just does not have an interesting story line going right now, still I wish none of them will leave the show. *crossfingers House moves in with Wilson after he returns from the Asylum, one of the two major life changes the doctor makes early in the season, the other one is cooking! Moving in is great, but cooking lessons?! Interesting!

Episode Description:
House returns home to Princeton where he continues to focus on his recovery, but surprises Cuddy with the news that he’s making a big change in his life. Meanwhile, the team is unable to diagnose a loud-mouthed video game creator who posts each new symptom on the internet and opts for treatments suggested by the online community rather than by the doctors, and Foreman angles for House’s job, but the pressure to solve the case creates tension in his relationship with Thirteen.

"'House is off the Vicodin, but he's also sort of being an ass or child or both,' [executive producer Katie] Jacobs says. The big question, which follows him back to Princeton-Plainsboro, is whether he can make deeper changes. 'Could it be a different House?' she asks. If House went into that hospital with a big, fat hole in his center, he doesn't come out full. Maybe one piece is there that wasn't there before."
Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard), the oncologist who has been House's anchor, faces his own struggles after dealing for years 'with patients he can't cure'.
House is coming!
House MD is on whiff in all blogospheres. The excitement is becoming more intense. 5 more days to go! I have read from one blog that House season 6 would be titled Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital where most of the scenes will revolve in the psychiatric hospital where Dr. House is confined. Well, it remains to be seen, no one really knows what would season 6 be like.
