How to remove the annoying News Feed in Facebook | How to change your FB Homepage back

To change your home page back..On the menu at the top left, click on MORE. Then drag STATUS UPDATES to the top, above NEWS FEED. After dragging it to the top, click on it. It will become your default view LIKE IT WAS BEFORE
And just like that!
You may also check your news feed settings by ticking the Edit Options (bottom right hand side) You will then see your "News Feed Settings", choose your preferred setting then.
