Legendary WWF star Captain Lou Albano has passed away. He had fallen ill and was under hospice care.

Albano's wrestling career was highlighted as a member of The Sicilians tag team and even included a music single recorded in his honor. Later on, he became well known for his involvement in the Rock-n-Wrestling Connection and with Cyndi Lauper.
